Whose agents (honest)

Today the control plane governs agents that enroll on SOCHQ’s enrollment contract — SOCHQ RMM, XDR, stewards, and SOCHQ analyst workers. It is not yet a governance layer above arbitrary third-party vendor copilots.

That enrollment path is how other agents can come under the same control later — without claiming that product today.
