Fake Apple Support Website Stealing Passwords

A fraudulent website is impersonating Apple Support to trick people into handing over their Apple ID credentials. If your child or anyone in your family clicks this link, their Apple account could be hijacked.

What to do: Do not click any link claiming to be Apple Support unless you go directly to apple.com yourself, and remind your kids to never enter passwords on unfamiliar sites.

What this means for your family

If someone in your family gets a link claiming to be Apple Support, it's fake—scammers are using it to steal passwords and take over Apple accounts. Make sure everyone knows to ignore these links and never type passwords into websites they didn't visit themselves. If you're worried about your account, go directly to apple.com instead of clicking any link.
