Fake Apple Support Website Stealing Passwords

A website pretending to be Apple Support is actively tricking people into handing over their Apple ID login details. Families who share Apple devices or use Apple accounts for kids' apps like App Store or Apple TV are at risk.

What to do: Never click links claiming to be Apple Support unless you typed apple.com yourself — if your child or anyone in your family received a message with this link, do not open it and delete it immediately.

What this means for your family

If someone in your family gets a message with a link to "Apple Support," it's likely a trap designed to steal your Apple ID password—which gives scammers access to your photos, payment methods, and your kids' app purchases. Delete any suspicious messages immediately and only go to Apple's website by typing apple.com directly into your browser, never by clicking a link someone sends you.
