Fake iCloud/Apple Website Stealing Passwords

A fake website is impersonating Apple's iCloud service to trick people into entering their Apple ID and password. If a family member clicks this link and logs in, attackers can take over their Apple account.

What to do: Warn your family never to click links claiming to be Apple/iCloud unless you typed the address yourself — always go directly to apple.com or icloud.com.

What this means for your family

If someone in your family clicks a link to a fake Apple website and enters their password, hackers can lock them out of their iPhone, iPad, and iCloud photos. Always type apple.com directly into your browser or use the official app instead of clicking links, even if they look real.
