Fake login page stealing passwords

A confirmed phishing website is pretending to be a legitimate login page to steal usernames and passwords. Anyone who enters their details on this fake site could have their account compromised.

What to do: Never click unknown links in emails or messages — always go directly to official websites by typing the address yourself, and teach your children to do the same.

What this means for your family

If someone in your family clicks a link in an email or text and enters their password on a fake login page, a scammer could access their real account and personal information. The best protection is typing website addresses directly into your browser instead of clicking links, and reminding kids to ask before entering passwords anywhere online.
