Fake DPD Delivery Website Stealing Personal Info

Scammers have set up a fake DPD parcel delivery website to trick people into handing over personal or payment details. Families who shop online and expect deliveries are common targets for this type of scam.

What to do: Do not click any links in unexpected delivery texts or emails — always go directly to the official DPD website (dpd.ie) by typing it yourself, and warn older children who may receive such messages.

What this means for your family

If your family shops online and gets delivery updates by text or email, scammers are sending fake messages that look like they're from the delivery company to steal your passwords and payment information. Always type the official website address directly into your browser instead of clicking links in messages, and remind your kids to do the same — it's the safest way to check on a package.
